It is recommended to hire a car when staying at this property.

Conveniently situated at the rear of Watershed House, this studio flat has a connecting door to the house, should larger parties wish to take both house and annex. It has a West-facing patio and lawn and is close to beach and supermarket.

Please note that this property can only be rented for large parties who wish to occupy both the annex and the main house. It is not available for separate rent.

Please ensure that your travel insurance is current for the duration of your visit.

Mobile Telephones: Visitors please note that, as Alderney is serviced by Cable & Wireless, all mobile users will need either International Roaming on their mobile contract, or their mobile must be 'unlocked' to allow purchase and use of a local SIM card.

Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions sent with your reservation details after we receive your deposit.

All property rentals are priced per 7-day week, exclusive of laundry, electricity and 'phone calls. Unlike the UK, electricity has to be generated locally, thus unit costs are much higher, hence the separate charge.

All bed linen, towels, etc., are provided, except for beach towels, which you must bring with you. All is sent to the laundry for processing on the day you leave; we can also arrange for a change of linen during your stay, but only by prior request.

Bookings must be accompanied with the returnable deposit of £175 (Newford House £300, South Wing £200), plus 25% of the rental. Electricity and laundry will be deducted prior to remitting the balance - normally within 14 days after returning home.

Normal change-over day is Saturday, but we can accommodate other days outside of High Season (July and August).

Please respect the Owner's requests regarding 'no smoking'.

All payments can be made by Debit or Credit card (there is a 2% surcharge for Credit card payment), or by cheque to Alderney Accommodation. The 75% balance of rental is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Late payment may attract a 5% administration charge.

Visitors with one, short-haired, medium-sized dog are welcome in our dog-friendly properties, Newford House, 12, Le Huret and 21, Braye Street . The property owners will need to be consulted prior to booking should visitors wish to bring more, or other types of dogs. Visitors must bring dog bedding with them, as well as covers for furniture, should these be required. It is very important that visitors who bring their dogs to our 'dog-friendly' properties understand that 'The Control of Dogs (Alderney) Ordinance, 2002' will be applied to them as well. Copies of the Ordinance are available from both Alderney States and our offices on request. Please note that when accommodating dogs, an additional £25 per week, or £3.50 per day rental and £50 returnable deposit will be required, in case of accidents.
