Prices shown are all inclusive - unlike previous years there are no additional costs for laundry and electricity costs. An additional deposit of £100 is required (£200 for 34 High Street and Newford House) which is returned to you immediately after your stay. Should any loss or damage occur to owners property the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from the deposit.
