Electricity and laundry costs will be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned to you - normally within 14 days after you return home Short stays: For stays of less than a week the rate is based on the weekly rate as follows: 70% for 3 nights, 80% for 4 nights and 90% for 5 nights. If you are staying for a week or more, extra nights are charged at a daily rate calculated from the weekly rate 2011 tarrif (weekly) Our 2011 tarrif will be available in the near future. We are planning to change the way we charge and will be including the laundry and electricity charges in the rental and requesting a lower deposit. Further details soon.
